Father's Day is June 16

When the husband of a family-owned sake shop passed away, the wife took it upon herself to carry on the business herself. While a bunch of sake distributors and makers refused to sell to her (“how could a woman sell sake?“) Tedorigawa took it upon themselves to brew a sake to sell exclusively to her. To this day, this sake is mainly sold to woman-owned sake shops. So obviously we HAD to carry this sake.

We did not even know about this backstory before choosing it for our shelves. This clean, silky daiginjo has great kire (refreshing, dry ending). With a giving nose of peach, coconut, banana, and red apple, enjoy satisfying flavors of rice pudding and fresh banana.
