Whenever Christopher Pellegrini's in town, we love hosting him at our bar! As a Tokyo-based jet-setting shochu ambassador and co-founder of Honkaku Spirits, Christopher will be here sharing a bottle that has not been released yet here in the States: Shoro Black Barley Shochu, distilled in 2004! He'll also be pouring his favorite shochus and awamori.
In addition, he'll be here to answer all your burning questions about shochu like: "is it the same as soju?"Ā NO!
