This MAC yanagi knife can cut paper thin slices of hirame, melt-in-your-mouth cuts of toro or bite-sized pieces of beef tataki. With a long 10" blade, you can cut fish and meat with one stroke, which means its doesn't compromise the taste of ingredients.

This knife was forged with molybdenum steel, the same material used for swords in Japan in the 14th century.
