Masubuchi-en's Organic Japanese Green Tea is a premium first flush tea from Gifu Prefecture in Japan. First flush teas are made with the first leaves from the harvest – that means they're the freshest and youngest tea leaves, which make the very best tasting tea. Masubuchi-en then roasts these leaves twice – once at low temperature, and then again at high temperature. The results are a clean, yet rich, smooth, and flavorful green tea.
