Umami Mart has always had a fascination with experimentation, liquids, and creativity. In the spirit of these three elements, Studio Arhoj created this "Umami Mart Lab" logo. This handy tote measures 15" tall and 14" wide and is ideal for notebooks, a box of cereal, or a bunch of vegetables from the farmers' market. These totes were screen printed with care by Oakland's own Team Print Shop. Their thick application of ink ensures that the pattern doesn't fade after just a few washes.

About Umami Mart

Umami Mart was founded in 2007 by Kayoko Akabori and Yoko Kumano as an international food & drink blog that eventually spawned into an online Japanese kitchen-and-barware importing business. In 2012, Umami Mart opened a retail store in Oakland, CA, which specializes in Japanese-made bar tools, glassware, and accessories, including UM-designed products. Functional design, quality, and service are all a part of the Umami Mart philosophy.
