Sake + Shochu Talk
Matthew Weinegarten is the very talented chef at Inside Park at St. Bart's Cathedral who specializes in local and sustainable fare. He cures his own meats and last night I tried MANY of them! As a new meat eater (I was raised vegetarian and recently started eating meat), I was in heaven- his hot dogs and pulled pork were my favorites. This is exactly what I've been missing all these years!

  • Wonderful photos! Inside Park is a really nice spot for impromptu al fresco eating/drinking in midtown. We went there after Vanessa's graduation. The event sounds like it was pretty fun.
