I went to Cafe Asean over the weekend, recommended by bunch of Singaporians. Among many good/so so/weird/crappy food I had, Bee Hoon was sooo delicious. I need an authentic recipe for fried bee hoon. Also these Singaporians were talking in details about singaporian chicken rice, and I want to try it as well. Whole chicken, chicken fat, chicken stock, etc., etc., are required and sounds very facsinating.
