My friend Kiwa forwarded me this video- it's chock-full of visuals and informative stats of why we should moderate our meat intake (without getting all super granola on us). This is something we've known for a while, but I haven't been able to do it, have you? So why not cut it out completely on Mondays? Meatless Monday- let's give it a whirl! I'm gonna start next week!

    I challenge you to do that sched for a week, and I’ll do that Tofu Tuesdays crap. Now THAT would make for an awful battle.

    I HATE wheatgrass- I ALWAYS puke a little in my mouth. But I bet you’ll feel like hell too by Fatass Friday.

  • Ehh, I don’t know. Sounds like a slippery slope to vegetarianism if you ask me. First it’s Meatless Mondays, then soon it’ll be Tofu Tuesdays, then Wheatgrass Wednesdays, and so on.

    Here’s my proposed weekly schedule: Steak Saturdays, Steak Sundays, Mo’Steak Mondays, T-bone Tuesdays, Wagyu Wednesdays, Thick-cut prime rib Thursdays, and Fatass Fridays.

    Gout can’t fuck with that!
