Louis Anderman, founder of Miracle Mile Bitters, used to make these Celery Bitters in very limited quantities only. We love these savory bitters, and have been begging him for years to make this a part of his regular line-up. Here it is, it's finally here!

Louis' favorite cocktail with the Celery Bitters is a Fourth Regiment: 1.5 oz each Rye and Sweet Vermouth, 1 dash each Celery, Forbidden, and Orange Bitters, stir, up with lemon twist.

Or try it at our bar in the Grandpa Richard!

Miracle Mile proprietor Louis Anderman recently launched The Drunkard's Almanac with his brother, chronicling cocktail recipes that coincide with a commemorative day. The cocktails range from classic, pre-prohibition drinks, to newer renditions like the notable In Cold Blood recipe in ode to Truman Capote. It is a fun and endlessly fascinating resource not only for recipes but for historical events. Check it out and follow them on Instagram.
