Ichiro refers to this as a "world whisky" - an austere blend of Scotch, Canadian Rye, American Bourbon, Irish Whiskey, and Japanese single malt from Chichibu Distillery. The whiskies all are aged at least ten years, with the oldest being some 20-40 years old. This whisky is like spinning a globe – each terroir presenting itself in counterpoint to the texture and then falling back into harmony. Voluptuous aromas reminiscent of coffee cake, apple blossom, and stone fruit. Rich pineapple cake, blueberry and maple layering each other on a long palate-ride
