A box of instant sauce packets for Buta Niku no Kurosu Itame, or black vinegar pork stir-fry. All you need for this recipe is Tokyo negi (long green onion), piman (green bell pepper), and pork belly.
Chop your ingredients according to the drawings on the box, sautee the veggies in oil and then take out. Then, sautee the pork until cooked, dabbing up any excess fat. Throw the veggies back in, mix in the sauce, and then you are good to go. Be sure to plate beautifully!
