We've always made sure to stock our shelves with plenty of karakuchi (dry) sakes, and were especially excited to bring this creamy sake with a spicy finish reminiscent of white pepper. With aromas of green apple and a silky mouthfeel, it's incredible to experience a sake this dry without any feeling of roughness. A clean finish is thanks to the use of local Kita Nishiki rice and is a perfect complement to sashimi and teriyaki chicken or salmon. Enjoy at room temperature or warm.
