This attractive workhorse features a 2.5mm thin blade for less wedging into cuts, bolsters on the handle for better balance and weight.
The blade itself is comprised of 64 layers of MAC's signature Molybdenum, stainless steel that is rust-resistant and extra hard to combat chips and warping. Suitable for right-handed or left-handed chefs.
