Make this classic spicy tofu dish at home easily with this premade sauce! All you need is ground pork (or turkey), silken tofu, and any other veggies you like to add. We like to use naganegi (Japanese long-onion/leek). 

This mabo sauce is Japanese-style, so fear not the scorching numbness of spicier Szechuan sauces. If you want a little more heat, however, you can add Taberu Rayu or Kanzuri chili paste.
