That's because Phoenix (who are sake lovers) collaborated with Tatenokawa Brewery's Masashi Togami to make this lush daiginjo with hints of juicy cherry and a touch of mineral acidity.

This sake is dedicated to the late Toshiro Kuroda who helped spread the sake gospel in Europe. Proceeds from the sale of this sake are donated to the Japanese Red Cross.
