This special shochu is made by one of the oldest breweries in the Tohoku region, Sasanokawa, using their junmai ginjo sake. Crisp yet earthy and full of umami, you will get notes of white chocolate, Red Vines, and butter cookies. Enjoy on the rocks or oyuwari (with hot water).
