The SG Shochu line seeks to expand the category of Honkaku Shochu (single-distilled shochu) to a wider array of spirits enthusiasts, by partnering with acclaimed distilleries in Kyushu. These genshu (undiluted) expressions showcase the full range of flavors inherent to each style and are provided so that bartenders can expand their palates through the wonderful world of shochu. In this imo (sweet potato) shochu, get notes of yellowcake, mango cream, with a long finish. Made in partnership with Satsuma Shuzo, one of the most well known imo shochu makers in Kagoshima, this is a bold, genshu style that will add rich body and depth to cocktails like Manhattans and Sidecars.
