Tori Kai is made from highly polished sake rice. If you love ginjo sake, this shochu is for you. Its fragrance wafts of licorice, tropical fruit and ginjo sake. Great when chilled or enjoyed mizuwari style (2 parts water, 3 parts shochu). We have visited this distillery located in a heavily wooded area of Hitoyoshi in Kumamoto.
