Father's Day June 18

Produced only once a year, this limited edition muroka (no filtration) shochu is made with a sweet potato variety called Shiroyutaka

Nishi Shuzo highlights Shiroyutaka imo, a sweet potato variety known for having a high sugar content, imparting a lush, pillowy texture to this shochu. Get juicy and playful notes of lychee with snappy aromatics of sansho pepper and green grass. Dilute this hefty shochu with 2:3 parts club soda for a stiff highball that manages to be very refreshing. Impress your tequila-enthusiast friends.
