Featuring aromas of mushrooms, caramelized onions, and bourbon, Onda 48 junmai also exhibits a solid sweetness, which makes it a great pairing for spicy foods like curried meats or Korean fried chicken wings.

This is a creamy, viscous, well-balanced brew with a long finish. Note that the rice (a variety called Ippon-jime) is polished down to 48% (with 52% of the grain removed). We're big fans of this sake!
