A bottle for the Japanese whisky lover! This is a barley shochu matured in oak barrels for four years, giving it complexity and depth with a clean finish. Try chilled, on the rocks or as a highball. We've visited this distillery, which started out as a sake brewery in Fukuoka, Kyushu.
