Sake and Shochu Gumi

White peach, red apple, and a slightly saline raspberry hold hands with notes of butterscotch, graham cracker, and chocolate cream cutting in to dance on a balanced hint of wood ash and lemon rind with a medium long finish.

Sitting seven miles from the peak of the Iconic Heritage site of Mt. Fuji, the distillery of was established in 1973 to bring the distilling techniques of America, Canada, and Scotland under one roof. Fuji Distillery uses pure, soft, snowmelt water that runs from the mountain peak to an aquifer located beneath the distillery to make its fine whiskies.
