Yoko Lewis, designer of this set told us, "I designed the Mini Sushi Bar almost 15 years ago. At that time, “Salad Bar” and “Sushi Bar” were very stylish and trendy so I thought let’s call this “Mini Sushi Bar.” The original prototype showed up with a beige dish and I forced them to change it to a white dish. It would be better looking."
