Sake and Shochu Gumi

A yamahai from one of our favorite sake makers! Toasted hazelnuts, yogurt, and cucumber in an overall savory brew.

Before Honke Matsuura was a sake brewery, it was run by a group of pirates in 1804! Thankfully for all sake lovers worldwide, the group pivoted to brewing in Naruto City in Tokushima Prefecture (hence the product name "Narutotai" [-tai meaning sea bream, a famous fish in the city]).
