The 24 Japanese Sekki are days that divide the solar year into 24 equal micro seasons. Taisho, roughly translated as “the peak of summer,” begins around July 23 and is the season of the most intense summer heat. The indigo label design is inspired by yukata, the light summer kimonos worn during warmer months.

We get notes of warm ginger, lemon blossom, and sage on the nose. Rich honey, hay/grass, kiwi skin, chocolate and ginger on a medium long finish to remind you of the long days of easy summer sipping.
