A complex and robust junmai ginjo with notes of strawberry, rosemary, and almond cake, this isn't your usual breezy, light ginjo. Gochoda Brewery, whose motto is, “Sake that starts from growing rice," has been growing their own Yamada Nishiki rice on site for more than 30 years.  This is an excellent sake to have chilled or at room temperature alongside mackerel, herring, and shrimp.
