Casa Mariol Vermut Negre has an herbal bouquet full of rosemary and cinnamon that accompanies a slightly acidic, but smooth taste. Vermut Negre, or black vermouth, is made with a base wine of Macabeo grapes and almost 150 botanicals, but gets its dark color from unripe, sundried walnuts and from being aged in wooden barrels for six months. Enjoy straight or in cocktails.
