This bottle is a Sake Gumi selection!
Brewed with Shinriki, a local rice grown in Kumamoto Prefecture that was recently revived. It grew widely a century ago in Western Japan and is an ancestor of many of today's sake rice strains.
A rich, mellow, full-flavored sake with fresh-cut green grass aromas and hints of tropical fruits on the nose. This is a staff favorite!
