A box of instant sauce packets for Hoikourou, or twice-cooked pork. All you need for this recipe is Tokyo negi (long green onion), cabbage, and pork belly.
Chop your ingredients according to the drawings on the box, sautee the cabbage in oil and then take out. Then, sautee the pork and green onions until cooked, and then mix in the sauce. Throw the cabbage back in, give a good few tosses, and you are ready to plate your stir-fry.
