This is a convenient sauce pack meant to be added to stir-fried nasu (Japanese eggplant) and pork mince. Simply brown your eggplant in a wok (or frying pan) set aside, brown your meat, add the eggplant back in, and mix in the Mabo Nasu sauce! Perfect on nights when food prep has escaped you.
For bonus heat, add a little sambal-olek, or Kanzuri. Serve over a hot bowl of rice!
