Slightly fruity, light, and refreshing. We enjoyed this sake with Thai Drunken Noodles (go figure) and think you'll also appreciate it as a nice quencher with spicy food.
As a Daiginjo, this sake has brewer's alcohol added to it to round out the flavors. It's also a muroka, or sake that doesn't pass through charcoal filtration. The result is a drink with lots of ricey character but still maintains the signature fruity and light qualities of more refined sakes like ginjos and daiginjos. Its soft texture and clean finish practically beg you to pour yourself more after each glass.
