A bright and juicy delight! Featuring the visage of everyone's favorite senbei-greedy Nara deer, this fresh and clean spring nama (unpasteurized) is endlessly juicy and bright. On the nose we get pear, melon, fuji apple, canned peach, coconut, and fresh cream. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with soft floral notes of honeysuckle, a bright lime-citrus splash, and a pleasant cereal grain finish. This sake is soft and easy, and would be great with hamachi sashimi or a light vinegared salad.
