An ultra luxurious sake that deserves all the awards, this sake has been named the Champion Sake two years in a row at the prestigious International Wine Challenge in 2019 and 2020 – a first in the history of the challenge.
Muryozan uses Grade A Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo for this Junmai Ginjo polished to 50% for a smooth and silky feel. Enjoy a fresh lemon aroma, and subtle minerality, as the umami and sweetness of the Yamada Nishiki blooms. A hint of acidity provides a clean, tart finish.
Taken from the name of the temple where Heiwa Shuzo stands today, Muryozan is the top-of-the-line collection of the popular Kid line of sakes.
