A quick favorite among Umami Mart staff and our bar guests! This freshly-pressed yamahai has supple texture and bright, yogurty acidity. Soft yellow peaches and grapefruit pulp spritz their way across the palate before giving way to subtle minerality and a medium-dry bitterness.
