Made with Hitachino Nest's signature White Ale, this Gose style beer is then infused with green sour plum (ume) and Japanese sea salt (moshio), for a sour, fruity, slightly salty, and umami-filled beer that's very unique and refreshing.
Since 1996, Kiuchi Brewery, originally a producer of sake, started brewing their own line of fermented ales. They combine the meticulous practices of sake brewing and curious ingredients in their beers. Hoot-hoot!!!
