Hitachino’s Dai Dai IPA makes use of citrusy, wild breed mandarin "Fukure Mikan". It has a floral, orange taste, lighter on hoppiness than most American IPAs. Drink it cold alongside a burger or grilled chicken.
Since 1996, Kiuchi Brewery, originally a producer of sake, started brewing its own line of fermented ales. They combine the meticulous practices of sake brewing and curious ingredients in their beers. Hoot-hoot!!!
