Sake Gumi

The amber-colored Classic Ale is one of Hitachino’s most popular brews. It is aged in cedar casks and made in the original India Pale Ale style that was first introduced to Japan in the 1800s. Brewed with British malts and hops, it is rich and full-bodied.

Since 1996, Kiuchi Brewery, originally a producer of sake, started brewing their own line of fermented ales. They combine the meticulous practices of sake brewing and curious ingredients in their beers. Hoot-hoot!!!
