Sake Gumi

This stout has roasted barley and lactose added during the fermentation process. The result is an iced coffee-like taste with toasty aromas and notes of coffee, chocolate, and roasted flavors. It is light and low in alcohol, with a slightly creamy texture that goes down easily.

Since 1996, Kiuchi Brewery, originally a producer of sake, started brewing their own line of fermented ales. They combine the meticulous practices of sake brewing and curious ingredients in their beers. Hoot-hoot!!!
