A crisp floral aroma and fruity amber ale with subtle malty, caramel-like sweetness and a refreshing slight hoppy bitterness. The ale's color is reminiscent of the sun rising behind Mt. Hotaka. Pairs well with rich flavors and grilled foods 

Kawaba Brewery opened in March 1998 in Kawaba Village located in Gunma prefecture. Named Kawaba, "The Place of Rivers" is surrounded by five rivers at the base of Mt Hotaka, one of Japan's most sacred mountains
