The Noh Series from Kyoto Distillery commemorates various Noh masks used by Kamiasobe Noh, a traditional theater troupe in Japan. This bottle is Edition 17, which is Ki No Bi gin aged 6-12 months in three separate casks before blending: Ex-Chichibu, Mizunara, and an ex-sherry cask from now defunct Japanese whisky giant Karuizawa Distillery.

Due to the barrel-aging, this drinks like an Old Tom style gin. Get notes of chrysanthemum tea, fresh-cut wood, with a fruity tail end.

This statement gin comes in an ornate box and is a perfect collector's item or luxe sipper for the gin maniac in your life.
