Shibata Shuzo uses Ginpu rice, a strain indigenous to Hokkaido, and manually hand-juices each yuzu citrus for maximum fresh yuzu essence in this yuzushu. This sake is great chilled or on the rocks and reminds one of Lemonhead candies without the cloying artificial sweetness. 

Very refreshing with spicy food, hot weather, or both!
