Kiuchi's "Ginka" kasutori shochu uses sake lees from three of Kiuchi's premium junmai daiginjo brands and is aged for 10 years. This shochu is full-bodied and intensely aromatic, with aromas of pineapples, mushroom, and a spicy pop of cinnamon on the finish.
