Yoko has been a fan of shochu ever since her first sip of Kuro Kirishima. This is a great sweet potato shochu for the beginner since it's easy-drinking, yet still has the earthy character that make this type of shochu so special. An excellent pairing on-the-rocks with yakitori or barbeque.
