Sake Gumi

This premium soy sauce is all kinds of intense. Enjoy the sweet pruny nose and hint of smoke as it hits the tongue. Great with sashimi or on sliced avocado. This complex soy sauce has been aged for two years in a small brewery in Gobo City, Wakayama Prefecture, a prefecture known for salty delicacies like umeboshi (salted plum).

Mitsuboshi means "three stars" which appear on the bottle. Horikawaya Nomura brewery has been brewing soy sauce for 18 generations and still uses a wood fire to make their soy sauce.
