This shochu uses a 100% local harvest of Saga prefecture rice and fresh lemongrass. Mizu Shochu is always fun to experiment with and try different recipes, so feel free to play around with it.
We got lots of fresh green and fun aromas with notes of Lemonhead candy and Fruit Loops. Very refreshing with soda.
