This is a Shochu Gumi selection! It was featured in September 2022 "Filtration Oohhh La La".
Nami Hana is unfiltered, so you’ll notice it is a little cloudy, with a peppery, earthy palate, and a dry, yet lingering body.
Enjoy on the rocks with a spicy Sichuan feast of toothpick lamb and wontons with hot chili oil.
From the distiller: Please shake lightly before you serve, and finish as soon as possible (within the month). Keep Nami Hana at room temp but please avoid direct sunlight.
