Founder Joe Phan has spent four years perfecting his family formula of making fish sauce the traditional way: free of chemicals, artificial coloring, artificial flavors and NO dilutions. California Fish Sauce uses all local ingredients of anchovies from the Monterey Bay and natural sea salt harvested in San Francisco Bay by Cargill Salt.
