This shochu uses uses ki-koji (yellow koji) – a rare addition in the process of shochu-making. The result is a floral and sumptuous fragrance, with Shiranami's signature earthy depth. The ending is long-lasting, clear, and crisp. Try it on the rocks or cut with some hot water oyuwari style.
