An easy breezy version of the Kuro Kirishima, this sweet potato shochu has a beautiful clear color with sweet and earthy notes of tapioca and goji berries. This is a great shochu to recommend to rice shochu lovers who are dipping their toes into sweet potato shochu. Try on the rocks or oyuwari style mixed with hot water.
