Sake and Shochu Gumi

As the southernmost region of Japan, Okinawa's unique subtropical climate is host to distinctive black sugarcane, which is used to make this rum. This unique rum is pot distilled in the Jamaican style and aged in American Oak barrels. We get notes of mango and banana skin, warm baking spice, with grassy andΒ fresh cut wood notes on the finish. Great for Classic Daiquiri's, Rum Old Fashioned.
